Great hotel, perfect location for what we had planned in the cities. Great staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds and a great shower. It's next to the Galleria, Southdale, Target.

I have always loved this facility, however we went last weekend August 21st and made the reservations over 2 months in advance. In our profile we asked for a higher floor and a refrigerator. We called, I emailed the manager, and put it in the chat . When we got there we were on the 4th floor and nothing higher was available. No refrigerator in the room. The duvet insert was so lumpy it looked like a mountain ski slope, the pillows were lumpy . It was all changed but pulled apart all night - not comfortable. We were there for my sons engagement party and to go wedding dress shopping. I pulled out the iron and the board was covered with all kinds of hair and the iron sort of worked. They brought another but I didn't have time so I had to go wrinkled The next morning I got up to go wedding dress shopping and the hair dryer heat setting didn't work. I had to call twice and finally got one of those with one setting so again I had to leave to be on time. We never got any kind of apology. The answer I got on chat to all of this was, well we took care of it.

Stayed 2-nights for a business trip and was blown away with improvement and high quality atmosphere as soon as I stepped into the lobby. Check in was smooth with and all encounters with the front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Room was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was A+ and the hot water was plentiful. The executive lounge was one of the nicest I'd seen and was well stocked with beverages of all types. I didn't try any of the food offerings but they did have plenty of variety for all appetite-types. I would definitely stay at this property the next time I'm in town regardless of business or pleasure. A+ experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Edina Galleria. Our room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including water, toilet paper, plenty of towels and coffee pods. The beds were very comfortable and the comforter was wonderfully warm, perfect for Minnesota winters. For anyone who sleeps hot, the room also includes a sheet and a lighter liner blanket.The bathroom was spacious and especially nice, with an angled rain-style showerhead and a separate soaking tub. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly, professional and accommodating.We also loved the extra touches that made the hotel feel fun and welcoming. The weekend arcade room had free-to-play games, board games, ping pong for anyone wanting to channel their inner Forrest Gump and classic arcade machines including the beloved Ms. Pac-Man. There was live music in the lobby bar area in the evenings and we noticed complimentary bicycle rentals available as well. Other amenities include a pool, hot tub and fitness center.The location was another major highlight. It felt very central to everything we wanted to do, with most attractions and restaurants we visited about 20 to 25 minutes away. It is also highly walkable, with the Galleria, Starbucks, Cold Stone, Target and more all nearby.Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient and genuinely enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was decent besides the bath tub that was filled with hair that was not ours, Luckily I was only staying overnight for a wedding and could shower when I got home later in the day.
