Our company has been a Rendez-Vous customer for more than ten years. We have experienced unfailingly punctual, courteous and professional service from knowledgeable drivers in well-maintained, late model limousines. In addition to airport runs, we often have Rendez-Vous’s limousines bring us to events where alcohol is served to avoid drinking and driving.

This sedan was booked via Fairmont Hotel for trip from Wash DC to NYC. Price quoted was $1350 plus tip. For what turned out to be a 5 plus hour ride with a driver who never introduced himself, did not know his way around without GPS, rode the brake so ride was not smooth. Car was several years old, smelled like deodorant/amonia which burned our eyes. Driver did not have EZ toll pass so had to wait in line at toll booths which took even more time; did not provide mineral water which has always been available in any car service I have used anywhere. Also there was no way to charge phone in back seat. When we arrived in NY, driver did not know how to maneuver to pull in front of apartment bldg where doorman would have helped with bags; instead he parked on corner and complained when I asked him to take the bags out of the car, Don't you have a bellman? No, not at the end of the block. Very unpleasant experience. BTW, apparently service is owned or affiliated with Fairmont Hotel so it's the only one the concierage will recommend or book.
