Mess around and found good I heard nasty thing all night couldn’t sleep tv doesn’t work no hot water this need to close down bruh

We have stayed at this hotel complex...including the MainStay side 1-2x a year for the better part of 20 years. In fact we were there the 1st week it opened. over the years we have had many family reunions, celebrations, funerals and extended weekends at this hotel. So yes, I give this a higher ranking. The only thing that keeps it from a full 5 star is that it would be nice if it had the newer concept of scanning a qr code to open Netflix and/or YouTube on the tvs in the rooms. We will definitely be back again

This hotel was nice. It has a lot to offer. Upon check in we noticed the room had trash behind the headboard/ next to the bed and black hair ( we are redheads) all over the complementary shampoo and conditioner. We drove 16 hours so we didn’t care to complain. The beds are firm and they give a lot of pillows. I really enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday eggs/ sausage/ waffles. Everything was clean during breakfast 10/10 on this. The fridge in our room ran warm but we didn’t use this so again we didn’t complain. The hot tub was cold and was very foamy a group of people were drinking beers inside of the hot tub. We checked the temp again upon leaving and it was still cold. The pool is nice and the food market is great as well. The shower had great pressure and gets very hot ( loved that ) Overall it’s a good place to lay your head if you need it!

I have rented rooms in this hotel for six years. Already twice this year.The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful .The hotel and rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. And, I love the soap provided.

Our stay was very peaceful. The room was comfortable and arranged nicely. We could've had a better experience in the pool. It should've been cleaner but overall it was welcoming and peaceful.
