We are a family-owned music store with a simple philosophy: music is fun. We believe in a friendly, happy, and well-stocked music store that caters to brand-new elementary school musicians, professionals, and everyone in between. We stock student, step-up, and pro band & orchestra instruments from leading manufactures like Yamaha, Conn-Selmer, Eastman, and Century Strings. We have guitars from Breedlove, Yamaha, and Luna. We have the largest ukulele selection in the East Bay (maybe the largest in the Bay Area!) with ukes from Kala, Ohana, Kanile'a/Islander, and Luna. We have digital pianos and keyboards from Yamaha and other instruments like banjos, mandolins, percussion, recorders, etc. Our band instruments, orchestra instruments, keyboards, guitars, and banjos are available for rent as well as purchase. We believe we have the best and most user-friendly rental program in the business. Plus all the instrument accessories you need! We also will sell your used gear on consignment. We have a complete service shop inside our store - we service what we sell! We also have ten private studios where twenty-five instructors teach over 300 students of all ages every week. Finally, we have a group performance/lesson area we call the "Big Room". We host 15+ Music Together sessions every week plus group lessons, old-time music lessons, drum circles, and our very popular ukulele club that meets there every Monday night. Come see us and check out all we have to offer!
