Took my 16-year-old son here on a trip to Indy for a football game. We had a blast. Great meal, great games to play, and TV's everywhere to catch all the latest sports action. We spent several hours and had a blast. We will definitely come back if ever back in Indy again.

We came.here to.use a groupon that was gifted to us. This location refused to.accept our paper copy with the barcode of the groupon even though the groupon said it accepted paper copies. Apparently they didn't have a way to scan the copy and blamed it.on corporate. Ask to speak to a manager and it took forever to get one to come.

My husband and i had our first experience at a D&B at the Indianapolis location on August 24th. We were accompanied by 2 other people. We all ordered food and drinks before playing games. The drinks took FOREVER when they came at all. But thats no sweat off my back compared to the event that followed. Naturally my husband paid for mine and his meal together with a debit card, and the 2 other people paid with cash. Our total was $79.71...the next day my husband checked his bank account and D&B charged his card $268.17! An extra $188! Which also caused the account we used that night to overdraft. We emailed D&B on their website and never heard back, my husband called corporate, never heard back. I posted about the incident on Twitter WITH photos of the receipt and the amount withdrawn from the account. Magically I get an instant reply on Twitter. They said the waitress must not have closed out your tab, so your card was charged for the whole table. Ummm but everyone else paid cash??? Shady. They finally called and told us we would get refunded the extra $188 within 3-5 days. Not the whole bill, not extra to cover overdraft fees, no extras. And we were fine with that. Until 5 days passed and NOTHING. So we called corporate again, we emailed them AGAIN and nothing. So i tweeted. Boom. Response. This was Thursday Sept. 5th. They now say they said the refund will be in our account 5-7 business days, and please account for Labor Day. August 24th- September 6th is 10 days EXCLUDING weekends and the holiday. Still nothing. I asked for confirmation that we would have the refund Monday Sept 9th and they said they couldnt confirm but stuck by the youll have it in 7 business days and maybe your card wasnt processed till the next day causing for extra time. No. This is bogus. You had no problem TAKING from our account, but when you get caught it takes 10 days to correct? Sounds like either shady workers who took a big tip, or an overall shady company that steals from paying customers. Check the Better Business Beureau page, im not the only case of this happening. your lack of customer service, responsiveness, and responsibility is ridiculous. NEVER.AGAIN. visitors beware!

Food was surprisingly good for arcade food. Games are fun. I enjoyed it and I’ll definitely come back!!

This place is a date place. Take your lady here and sit at the bar and have a beer then go play games. Nice assortment and you can make it fun.
