We took the kids to an event that Dave & Busters was throwing and had an awesome time! We can't wait to go back!

Our server Tameka was awesome. She is very attentive, very friendly and polite. Food was delivery like the picture shows it and hot and fresh. This was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Bullet points:*don’t order the Philly cheesesteak because the bread is hard and it wasn’t good.*not worth the price for food and play*beware of unannounced visitors in the female bathroomWhen we arrived our party wasn’t all the way there, so we had to wait. Once we arrived the guests waiting were rude and upset that we were seated before them, but our full party was there. The server handled it so well and was super nice. Our waitress started out good but then we slowly became unimpressed. She rang up a kale chicken salad and it was supposed to be a Caesar salad. The Philly cheesesteak was disgusting with hard bread. A male manager entered the females bathroom without saying anything or at least that I could hear. So I exit the stall to see a male in the closest and he doesn’t say anything. I inform our server and another manager about the incident and the manager came over and apologized. We just weren’t impressed with the service and the food for spending $80 for play and food deals.

We had a blast! The food and service was great! My daughter loves it here and I'm sure we will be back.

We had a greater server, Josie, who was so overworked but really nice. The people helping her were not knowledgeable and told us that broccoli couldn’t be substituted for fries, which Josie remedied. The veggie burger was just terrible. I have had these at other establishment but this one tasted like shoe leather. Aside from that, restaurant needs to be kept cleaner as many tables were not bussed in a timely fashion. Games were fun, which was reason for going there in the first place.
