Excellent class this weekend at the Arkansas Craft school. Learned so much. Fabulous instruction on silversmithing. Beautiful artwork by instructors available and such friendly staff.

We just visited the shop and toured some of the areas, but were impressed with what we saw. The woodworking area looked terrific, and the quality of the turned bowls in the gift shop bore witness that there are some talented artisans at work here. Stop by and see the place if you're in the area. And if you're fortunate enough to live nearby, hopefully you can take some classes and turn out your own masterpieces.

You can see some works in progress from some of the classes taught there in the upstairs gallery. There is a gift shop with a variety of hand-made items available. The prices seemed quite reasonable for a unique item. The class schedule information is available at the register.

They had nice pieces of art but nothing screamed buy me. They were higher priced then the art galleries in Hot Springs.
