Great company for elite customers. Always on time and very knowledgeable drivers. Drivers are very good drivers and can maneuver in all situations. Good clean buses and pleasant smelling.

The driver of the bus (bus bridge connecting Caltrains lines) instructed me to place my bicycle in bus undercarriage then board bus. He disappeared, when I reach my connection stop in Menlo Park...

Poor, not great workplace. Don't waste your time and energy, keep looking for a better company.
