We have bought 2 different beds from Debbie Lauderback at the Hendersonville locations- she was amazing, new her stuff and helped us with everything we could have asked for!!! We will only ever...

Should have read the reviews before.. I decided to give them a try due to it being a local place. Major regrets. The sales rep, Lester- super condescending. Doesn't follow up with promised phone...

Store is challenging to resolve issues. Very nice people, but I believe Nate, the owner, needs to provide training, or be available to support issue resolution.

Do not recommend this mattress outlet. They don't take back purchased unused items and do not follow up on promised phone calls. Know what you're getting into before purchasing for these people!
