Loved getting the SPA mani & pedi! They do a great job and always treat me wonderfully. My wife has been a client of theirs for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I live nearby and this salon is always busy which is a good sign. The staff are friendly enough and often work together to move customers through the services fairly quickly.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. The owner is actually wonderful!! He has always bent over backwards to offer me anything. He double checks his employees work to make sure I am satisfied. He has allowed us to use the spa for a bridal shower. I have been to a couple other places and I always hate them. Euro Spa is clean, comfortable and always great work. Very competitive pricing.

My husband and I travel extensively for business. We are in one vehicle, and time is a precious commodity, of which there is never enough. On Tuesday, 4/21/15, I went to this nail salon for a pedi and a fill-in. The man who did my pedi was fantastic! He spent an hour and a half! But, as he began the polish, I asked about a design. He doesn't do them, but called over one of the girls to do the design. She said, as she began, that if I didn't like it, she could remove it and repolish. I am not picky about the design. But, hers was atrocious, like a kindergartener might do on their very first try. She removed it and repolished. But, I was then told that no one there does designs, even though they have the traditional design basket, and 6 workers present. I was asked if I still wanted my fill-in done, or if I wanted to go elsewhere. I asked to step outside for a minute for a cigarette. Upon re-entering, the owner, with a salon full of customers, loudly said, while covering his face and stepping back, Can you wash your hands? That stinks! Needless to say, that was a horrible way to treat a customer! And at that point, as the owner was the one who would be doing my fill-in, I definitely didn't want the work done. And I had to wait for my ride to leave. I paid, because the guy who did my pedi was fantastic, and it would be wrong for him to suffer. But, you can rest assured that I will never give my business to this place again, and I encourage all others to avoid it too! Hope this saves others the frustration and disappointment of dealing with an owner who clearly does not understand customer service, and does not care.
