We recently enjoyed a 7-night stay at The Sea Spray Resort in Siesta Key. It was exactly as advertised and we found it meticulously clean. Our unit was 1 BR and 1 BA, open layout living and dining area with an equipped kitchen and new appliances, two private outdoor patios and a common area with a great pool and lounging area with plenty of sun and shaded spaces, and a separate BBQ grill area. Internet and Wi-Fi devices, both A/C units and shared laundry machines were all new and worked well. What we didn’t expect, were the included free daily housekeeping service and free use of the resort’s high-end beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and wagon – a savings of $70 per day rental of just two beach chairs and an umbrella at the public beach. All Sea Spray staff that we met were very professional, pleasant and informative. Centrally located between Siesta Key’s village and public beach, the resort is an easy walk to restaurants, nightlife and various beaches. Great experience and value. We’ve already booked another week in 2027.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Paul in the front office, who immediately made us feel welcome. He took the time to show us around the property, explain all the amenities, and offer some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.We were equally impressed with the property itself and our unit. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Even the little extras, like having a beach cart equipped with incredibly comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella, made our stay that much more enjoyable.I always try to offer constructive feedback in my reviews because there’s usually something that could be improved. But in this case, I’m genuinely at a loss! From the accommodations to the amenities to the outstanding hospitality, they simply got it right.A special thank-you to Paul, Austria, and Priscilla for making our stay so memorable. Adorable little property! Nicely decorated, super clean, cold a/c, comfy bed, plus extra little amenities like quality bath products and coffee/sugar. The beach gear (wagons, chairs, umbrellas) was in great shape and staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely darling resort. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes to the beach and to the downtown area. Grounds are gorgeous and room was clean and so nicely decorated. We stayed in a one bedroom/one bath and to our surprise it had a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave. They included coffee for us to make in the morning. Overall, just a beautiful place to stay and we will be back!

The maintenance gentlemen was maintaining the landscaping early in the morning. Was very pleasant and took much pride in his job! Very friendly
