I came to Boca on vacation and my husband bought me a massage at Elements as a gift because I have been particularly stressed and tense lately. My massage therapist was Jeff and he was extremely knowledgeable, kind and funny. Not only did he make me feel extremely comfortable during our session, but he found areas in my body that I didn’t even know were holding tension and worked on them. I feel like a new person after our session. If I lived closer, I would absolutely be a regular client of his. Would recommend to a friend!

I have been a member for about 9 years through various changes of ownership. The last time I went the therapist, who was otherwise great, did two things he should not have done and I told him not to and to stop which he did not do right away. I suffered aggravated injury for months and the dr was shocked at what he did. I called during the week and spoke to the manager who at minimum should have offered a free massage. I wasn't getting a massage anytime soon. They kept charging my card. Finally after months I called. Many times. No one ever answered the phone. They just charge. How could I even make appt? The current ownership and management are horrendous. I'm not at that part of town or I would have driven by to see if they were still in business. I have monthly massages in various places for DECADES. A place that was once good is now a scam.

Worst massage on earth. DO NOT GO HERE.LIARS and THIEVES, I had a 90min massage and they gave me a 68 minute massage and when I called them out on it they said it was additional time to get dressed (hahahaha)... doesn't take anyone 22mins to get dressed. Going to contact a lawyer too, this was just wrong. The massage itself was AWFUL!!! They asked what to work on (I said lower back) and just sat down and were lazy and spent half the massage on my neck while the guy texted.... They made me sit in their disgusting waiting room for 13 mins as well. Don't know how the reviews are good, they must delete bad reviews.This place should be out of business, they're just ripping people off. Would rate it a negative if I could. The city of Boca should investigate this place for stealing!

Came for a massage, but got an oil rub instead. First and last time for me. Susanne was my masseuse, very weak performance.

I had bought a special which included 2 massages. My first, with Karen, was just ok. My second with Suzanne was comical. One of the top 3 massages I have ever had. They have an Elements Promise which allowed me another massage at no cost. I had Stephanie today, and, again, just ok. I don't get this place. Nor the reviews. I have massages often, but not here ever again.
