Walking in this clean, well kept park and looking at the longest non-navigable river in the world, it is hard to imagine that there is a thriving community at your back, while the restful current flows to your front.

Here for a concert. No place to sit, unless you have a VIP ticket from a sponsor. AND... they don't let you bring chairs or a towel in. No info on this on the website. This is bull$hit and I will never come here again for a show. Totally miserable!

Walk through Riverfront Park at sunset and enjoy the beautiful serenity that it offers. Cross to City Island via Old Shaky with beauty that stroll offers.

We walked for a very long time on the river, enjoying the water and the bridges and the geese and the groundhogs.

You have historical houses on one side and the Susquehanna River on the other side. The vistas are beautiful, especially in the fall.
