We were very pleased with our two transports with this company. The drivers were professional and the vehicles were new, clean and the perfect size for the 7 of us and our luggage. I would highly recommend.

Where do I start with Hicham and his drivers? He does all of the VIP driving for The Driskill where I work and when I was getting married and had family in town, I knew he was the company that I wanted to work with. A few days after the wedding, we had Brandon, one of his great drivers, take us out to Fredericksburg for a day of exploring and shopping. He was very knowledgable about Austin and that area and offered us a tour guide experience. He even suggested we detour and see LBJ ranch and my family loved it! Their vehicles are so well maintained and their customer service is above and beyond. Hicham is so professional and wonderful to work with.

Hicham did a great job all weekend long for our daughter's wedding. Service was spot-on and very professional. Highly recommended.

We had the great opportunity to work with Hicham at J and I Transportation for my son's wedding on 10/5/2019 and it was a great success. We rented 3 vans, two limos and a party bus. Every vehicle arrived on time, was clean and new, and was staffed by polite and patient drivers. Our 88 year old parents arrived safe and sound. We used J and I transportation for a day trip to the Hill Country and it was seamless day thanks to Hicham and Brandon, our driver! 7 middle aged women up for a day of adventure: Wimberley for ziplining, lunch at the yummy Leaning Pear and a dip at Jacob's Well, followed by a visit to Deep Eddy Distillery in Dripping Springs. Brandon was very accommodating, allowing us to commandeer his iphone to play music (and sing at the top of our lungs). The Suburban was pristine and the water was cold (Brandon even ran out to get more when he realized we didn't have enough). It was a perfect day!
