The location was great right off the highway. The atmosphere was quiet not much noise except for when when the workers were leaving for work but hey they were headed to work not having a party. The rooms where very nice and clean. The Manager Christina was very pleasant & helpful with keeping our room as close to each other as possible unlike the last attendant back in January who was very rude and acted as if i was trying to keep her own personal towels when I went to trade them in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! My first night in the hotel I tried to turn the facet on to wash my hands in the bathroom and the knob broke off and water sprayed everywhere. 2 inches of what covered the room before i could get help. They moved me to another room for the night. While I was showering in this room, the ceiling leaked with water. There was also a damp spot on the wall above my bed. The toilet was broken. In the morning my partner went to open the blind, the blind came of the wall and almost knocked her out. After all of this, the hotel would not refund the booked week and I payed for a full week after the worst night stay of my life. I would have been better off sleeping on the ground outside or in my car.

The attendant at Woodspring suites at 7051 Tres Hermanas. Chyann was very efficient and very transparent in making my decision to move in for my visit here in Odessa Tx

I kept asking when my cleaning date was and Neshia kept giving me the run around. “That it’s not my time yet” “ housekeeping would let me know” like it bothered her that I wanted my room serviced after a month. Her attitude is something that guest don’t want to deal with walking into. Spoke with Bri and she did exchange me towels and wrote me down to be added to housekeeping. Spoke with Jeanette about that girls rude attitude. Not a good face for a hospitality company.
