I gave an extra star in case the problem is that this business is unable to keep up with the growth Bozeman is experiencing.Still no excuse for the predatory auto renewing membership scam.If you move 25 miles away they will let you out of the 6 month membership. But if you live 25 miles away Can't get a daytime appointment and you don't want to stay in town until an evening appointment you are out of luck.Same inconvenience problem for the customer, different rules. Can not find any evidence that they have as many therapists on staff as they claim. The daytime schedule is perpetually full. So for those of us who live out of town it is quit difficult to get an appointment that doesn't require killing time in town when I would rather go home after work. The mobile website is unusable.Immediately became anxiety inducing trying to use the membership, when the objective was relaxation and stress relief. Called to see if I could get out of the 6 month membership. Because I had not moved the 25 miles didn't count as an inconvenience for me. Because I didn't have a medical diagnosis the stress and anxiety of trying to arrange my life around Wellness Worx schedule didn't count. But the manager? agreed to let me out of the contract. I had to forfeit one months payment, which I happily agreed to. Then they promptly continued to bill me the next month.

This is a massage business with many therapists on staff that can fit you into their schedule almost any time of day. The therapists have varying backgrounds and specialties so you are bound to find one that suits your needs.
