tripadvisorI hesitated to write this because of all the good work they do: HIV testing, and the pharmacy for HIV meds etc. I think that is very important without a doubt!! But come on y'all, this stuff is DONATED for free and it has gotten ridiculous with the prices and the dirty clothing for starters. I have bought these mystery bags of jewelry from time to time, I do a little reselling and also some designing of jewelry, 'nice' costume jewelry. I used to come out about even or perhaps a bit over what I paid and it was usually vintage or cool different pieces. The last couple of times, well I would be hella embarrassed if I was out of the closet, to sell this trash for anything let alone 70.00. broken plastic earrings, a broken crystal bear figurine, busted up necklaces, just junk after junk, after junk. I will post pics because you won't believe that someone would sell this. I mean maybe they accidentally put the pieces they ment to throw in the trash into the bag on accident??? It should have been a huge warning the fact that the usually clear bags they sell these grab bags in are now white bags that you cannot even see what is inside, but who would think that anyone but goodwill would be so scandalous as to sell broken junk for this price. And actually at least goodwill sells while Mardi gras beads not broken strands of beads. Seriously when you are in San Francisco walk on past the out of the closet unless you like busted up dirty stuff at boutique prices. Shame on you!!! Oh and everything is final sale, of course!!!! Makes me think non profits are bad.
MoreVery clean, great prices and friendly staff. One of the most organized thrift stores I’ve ever been to! I got two cute Miami t shirts (vintage/thrift) and it was $9 total! It’s a pretty small store but everything is nice, organized, clean!
MoreIt saddens me to think that of all the places I shop and DONATE to that I should be made to feel so terribly. It's not the entire establishment; for I know what good this non-profit does for the community. It's why I specifically donate to this WM, FL location. All it takes is one... just one person who thinks they have the right to downsize customer service to the point they shew away those of us at his/his will. I have been lied to on the phone & immediately hung up on and today I was lied to, exempted from receiving loyalty points for my purchase. Now if I was the LEAST bit disrespectful or in anyway I had asked for this... I would be excepting of his poor behavior. But the fact is I was VERY nice as I typically am. (Ask anyone who knows me). Maybe it was the fact I asked if the item of clothing I selected was in deed on discount. Maybe he poor-shamed me? I don't know. I am a disabled senior on a very low income. (It's why I shop thrift and discounts all I can). All I know is I didn't deserve his awful treatment. CARLOS... if you are reading this, SHAME ON YOU! You are in the wrong business. You have NO business in any public position. Best of luck to you.
MoreFun place, great clothes and other stuff! Well organized store with supernice vibes. Lots to choose from.
MoreVery clean thrift store but it is the most expensive one we've been to.... Found a few good deals but most was over priced....
