Where to begin? Well to start this place has a musty odor when you walk in. The first floor feels like a basement and has subterranean cabin crew of a cruise ship vibes. The rooms aren’t much better. Clearly very old, dated, not renovated at all. The AC is loud and arctic blowing cold air at your head and you can’t control it. The lock to my door was totally exposed? Yeah feel real safe. Just overall very dingy, depressing place that does not live up to the Courtyard brand. Marriott should be ashamed. Oh, they also don’t care at all of your Bonvoy status and ignored my messages to them on the Bonvoy app. Shameful.

Everything was excellent. The arrangement of the room and podium, the comfortable chairs, special equipment, the tables, the signage and directions, the lighting - everything was always “ready” for us and on time.And the most pleasant part was the cooperative spirit and attitude from all the team at Marriott. The manager, Blanchard went above and beyond to accommodate our group meeting there over the past few weeks, making everything easy and welcoming. Their kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We are so grateful and highly recommend this hotel!

We were in need of a meeting place and Courtyard By Marriott came through big. The most accommodating management, providing for our needs as quickly as possible. Making arrangements for seating, providing tables for refreshments, and a lectern for our speaker. If we needed more, all we had to do was ask and it was provided. We especially want to thank Blanchard, who was so willing to do what ever it took to satisfy our needs. We will always be grateful to the management for the time we spent at Courtyard By Marriott, Boynton Beach, Florida.
