They shut down the online site to purchase “general admission” tickets forcing to purchase reserved for double the price, only to find out they have GA available when we arrived with no line. Asked for a refund with no response.

This place always exceeds our expectations. It scares us! We love that part of the admission goes to charity. It should be rated number one of these type venues in Fort Worth.

I’t was the best honned house ever been to there was lot of people it was 1hour in the honned house 2 hours in line

The place was super crowded, and understaffed. Most of the haunted house was empty, no scares in sight. There was a lot of props used, but there were very very few workers inside, not sure if all the zombies got sick or what was going on, but we went through room after room, and there were nothing but empty rooms with props. The escape room was way over booked, so they put us in a group of 16, when I believe it should have been a max of 8. It was so crowded you couldn't move around, and people were talking over each made it chaotic and not enjoyable. The zombie attraction was just some old rusty camping trailers that you walk through, and there was not a SINGLE scare or zombie anywhere in sight. The best part of the whole thing was the spinning bridge thing we went through, everything else was severely understaffed. Very big disappointment.

I have been to this haunt every year since I was 15. This year was cattle call.. rushed through and stacked on top of each other. Most of the actors didnt even say anything. Poorly managed, no structure. I kiss the good old days when you bought your ticket and you got exactly what you paid for. This year was a B.U.S.T. in every since of the word.
