Extremely disappointing experience from the moment I interacted with the front desk. My status was completely disregarded, and the staff was flat-out rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Basic courtesy and recognition of loyalty status should be the bare minimum, yet neither was provided.Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff completely overshadowed the stay. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I will not be recommending it to my travelers. There are far too many hotels that understand the importance of treating guests and loyal customers with respect.

I recently stayed here and was really impressed with the renovations! The rooms feel fresh, modern, and very clean. You can tell a lot of work and care went into updating the property. The new look gives the hotel a much more comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.The staff was friendly, everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was great. Definitely a nice place to stay if you’re in the area. Looking forward to coming back again!

Room was good size and very clean, bathroom was normal size had all that I needed and towels were soft. Staff was very polite. Location is accessible.

I came into town for my friend’s birthday and chose this hotel because it has a bar and restaurant on property — and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.The original plan was to pregame there and then head out, but we ended up staying because the drinks were so good and the bartender was very attentive. She really took care of us and made the experience fun and comfortable.The hotel is also renovating, and the new rooms are very nice. They feel modern and updated, almost like something you would expect in Dallas. The hotel had a great atmosphere, the staff was welcoming, and having the restaurant and full bar right there made everything so convenient.I would definitely stay here again.
