This was the perfect stay for our family as our daughters flew in late and then flew back out early. There's a 24 hr very professional complimentary shuttle. The property has a business vibe, is exceptionally clean, and has needed amenities. We did have an issue upon checkin and received a king room instead of the double queen we had booked. The general manager was very gracious and compensated us with free breakfasts and appetizers and a next day room switch straight across the hall. The onsite restaurant and lounge have great food and drink options. There's also a 24hr mini market, which we did not use. Several big convention groups were in the building during our stay and the environment remained quiet and peaceful. The fruit infused water available in the lobby was greatly appreciated. We also enjoy sitting by the water fountain as we waited for our daughters' delayed flight. We HIGHLY recommend Crowne Plaza at Indy Airport!

Bonnie’s service was amazing and the food was surprisingly delicious.

Very welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff!

Bonnie was a lovely server! She made our experience so warm and enjoyable for everyone in our party. Logan and Augustine made all of our dishes to perfection.

I fly often and stay at numerous hotels but it’s rare to find a restaurant in said hotels that have not only amazing food but staff that make the experience so much more pleasurable. Bonnie treated us like longtime friends and had a smile and personality that would definitely make me come back. It goes without saying that Logan and Augustine made tasty food. After a long day of flying the food had me dancing in my seat with genuine happiness.
