Overpriced is one thing but crappy stale old hard and overpriced takes first place at the bottom. Ive noticed the quality of cigars from this outlet going down for some time but today I was floored by the age and condition of the 2 Romeo and Juliet torpedo's that I bought for $22.90! The humidor was closed to the public because of the virus so the salesman handpicked my cigars and I drove home. When I went to put them into my humidor I found the plastic wrappers discolored, yellow, from age and they were ROCK HARD. I drove back and requested refund because I no longer trusted the quality from here and was told we don't give refunds you can have a store credit. After a long I discussion I requested to speak to the owner ABE. A few phone calls later I was able to speak to him and he refused to give me a refund saying he didn't care how I felt about it there is NO REFUND and that was that. I left the crappy cigars and took a gift card to pass on. Bottom line is there are many great cigar stores around so don't get stuck like I did. BAD CIGARS, BAD BUSINESS

The Smoke Inn is what makes Florida great. It is perfect place to have smoke and relax for a few hours. The team is great. The selection of sticks is excellent. It just a fanstastic place.

By far the most welcoming cigar lounge in South Florida. Staff is incredibly friendly and their humidor has a HUGE selection with very good prices. My favorite is grabbing a Hemmingway and pulling out my laptop. Lounge has a free wifi, TV and a comfy sitting area.
