tripadvisorThere was an issue with my card, because I was from out of town. I checked in using the Mobile app so I thought we were good. Our flight was late by two hours and got in after 2am. Found out when I arrived with my children it was considered a late cancellation and we had no room. I called before we left and spoke to some at the front desk who was rude first red flag, Tyrone was working and told me he could get me another room and would refund it, because I in fact showed up for the reservation. I paid for another room but never not my refund, he also stated I checked in using the app because I never stayed there before when I stated there back in October of 2025 which was confirmed when I spoke with Olge, who also apologized to me for the statement Tyrone made to control the situation and make sure was happy. When after I checked out I received a call from a manger Olga and missed the call because we were shopping, when I called back the front desk, I request to speak with Olga and the front desk said what business do you have with them, I stated he called me, she then transferred me to him, no one moment anything. If Tyrone would have been honest with me I never would have paid for the room. I cannot believe me require a little $220 after their employee made the statement. Do not spent your money here, or expect truthful, honest, service especially of Tyron or Olge are working. Olge spoke to me like my concerns was not important and my 220 refund was going to break Hilton’s billion dollar brand.
MorePros: The hotel was perfectly fine and standard for an airport location. It served its purpose well for a basic, baseline stay with no major functional issues.Cons: If I had to complain, the property felt like it had no real amenities or extra features. It is very bare-bones compared to what you might expect from a full-service Hilton.
MoreChose this place after getting stuck overnight at the airport due to mechanical issues because I've usually had good experiences with Hiltons. But the room smelled like mildew. To boot, I had filled out a paper form with my info and had to provide a credit card for additional charges at the front desk. A week later, I had fraudulent charges on the card and a Target.com account created in my name using the burner email that I had provided them. It was sus. Would not recommend.
MoreHere for a conference for four days. We are also Hilton Honors members and have been for over 20 years. Hilton is the only hotel we book through. This is the first one that we had a problem with the front desk. My husband called down to the desk to see if we could move from our one night temporary room to the one we booked for the conference. The lady said we could check back in at noon (three hours later). He said ok no problem.Stopped at the desk on our way out to ask if they could call us when our room was ready. The “lady” was looking at her personal phone and didn’t acknowledge us. My husband said we were checking out and would be checking back into our room later. She looked up and said “did I just talk to you on the phone?” Said yes and then she said “did you not listen to what I told you on the phone?” Poorest excuse for customer service I have ever experienced at any public/private institution ever.Definitely not what I would expect from Hilton, but maybe it’s the area.
MoreBig thanks to Andy, the GM - you can tell he truly cares about guests, very caring thoughtful and courteous. The hotel is very convenient and has a nice vibe - I highly recommend this property when in the area
