I don’t stay anywhere else in Buffalo. The hotel is extremely well-managed, the staff is exceedingly polite, and the well-appointed rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. I rarely ask for extra service when I travel, but did once have the need to have a large gift I purchased shipped to my home in Florida (was a Sunday, so the usual shipping companies weren’t available). The product safely arrived a few days later, well-packaged and at the lowest cost available. Now THAT is customer service! As I noted, this is my go-to hotel in Buffalo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay at Embassy Suites Downtown BuffaloI recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in downtown Buffalo for a quick 24-hour stay, checking in late Friday night. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience.Katie B. checked me in and was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and took the time to give me a thorough rundown of the hotel and its services. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made such a great first impression.The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a separate living room, kitchen area, and bedroom. Having two TVs was also a great touch. I especially loved the Crabtree & Evelyn hand and body products provided in the room.And I have to mention one small detail that I absolutely LOVED—the footrest in the shower for shaving your legs! Why don’t all hotels have this?! Such a simple, thoughtful feature that made me ridiculously happy.Overall, this was a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. Excellent customer service, a spotless and spacious suite, and thoughtful amenities.

We loved the breakfast area and the personal chef that made us fresh food. The hotel room itself made us very comfortable and offered us space to enjoy ourselves.

We had a great stay. The room was beautiful and the service was great. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Buffalo.
