Quality Martial Arts offers a variety of programs suited to fit the varieties of people. Our main martial arts curriculum is based around the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do, the way of the foot and fist. Tae Kwon Do builds confidence, fosters discipline, develops responsibility, increases awareness, and cultivates a sense of accountability. This style is founded on the tenants of Tae Kwon Do: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Training in the martial arts is a great way for children to learn to handle everyday challenges. It can help with learning to deal with anger as well as learn to handle tough situations, such as bullying or peer-pressured.
