Established in 2008, Greenlight was formed with the efforts of Fort Greene Association to address to the lack of a quality bookstore in the Fort Green area. Opened with the support of the local residents, the independent bookstore has been a runaway success. The store's collection spans a lot of genres and has something for everyone. Book clubs, groups and a number of literary events throughout the year brings the community together. Check website for the store's collection and more information.
