At ISMMA we specialize in the instruction and practice of Striking and Grappling arts. We provide curriculum classes in Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are geared towards teaching members everything from basic technique to successful application, while improving fitness levels and athleticism. All skill levels welcome.
