Nice modern hotel with microwave food. Do not come hungry. Wings and fries taste like freezer burn and burger is worse than fast food. I’ve stayed at Marriott before but none as terrible as this one. Our cook was also our bartender- prepare for a wait.

Stayed here on a park and fly rate and it is perfectly located to be right next to the airport. It definitely goes for a younger audience with its decorations and style. They still have a direct shuttle when some places put you in a ride share. Room was comfortable overall with their signature use of the bathroom vanity as being partially the closet. Beds were decent but the pillows were horrid. My neck and back were angry when I woke up and I can most directly tie it to the pillows, but at least it was quiet. Plenty of charging and plug in ports and funky accent pillows. It is functional and does what it advertises. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is awful as a process - they contracted with some third party company. We prepaid parking but then the desk had to help us run through the third party app to use our credit. Staff isn't happy with the third party app either. Clean room but the shower had an odd tilt that kept water from draining directly and pooled a bit, not an experience I have had before so I guess it was this room specifically. Happy to come back again when flying out of Sky Harbor.

Close to Sky Harbor Airport and first pick when our flight to London got cancelled. We got there past 1am and was met by friendly staff who quickly got us a room. The double room was spacious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Nice shower with everything you need. Only downside is the thin walls. Heard doors slamming in the hall. Neighbors phonecall at 6am and traffic on the street.

Talk about great customer service, the staff here is top notch. Kekeo drove us to the airport ahead of schedule and afterwards was driving another guest to the greyhound station after a huge mess by the airline. Aloft is our new go to for travel in the Phoenix area.

Had a good stay here and picked the place because of how close it is to the airport for an early morning flight. They allow you to park on site while you are gone, but they apparently just started a new program where you have to pay through some third party to park on their lot separate from checking in to the hotel. My flight got delayed coming home and I started getting these annoying reminders from the parking service that my time was going to expire - not exactly something I could do anything about. All that being said, the room was comfortable and it was an easy jump over to the airport the next morning.
