Understated but friendly and composed staff. Took care of all the issues. Rooms were expansive and well done. Location was perfect. Cleanness and noise level was par excellence. Rooftop bar staff did not acknowledge us when we got there even though the person saw us ( the bar was had one patron at the bar). He had more chances as we walked around the bar and the vicinity. The downstairs bar staff were friendly and professional. Excellent service. As for the valet, the hotel need to let the customers know in advance of any charges and that they have no self parking available. The shower floor needs an update as well and shower fixtures (adequate but not to the standard needed to be exceptional). Small things make for big things. And the big things are, well big things. Still rate 5 for overall value primarily due to the staff's exceptional courtesy. I would definitely stay there again. Just fix the minor stuff and make it better.

Great rooms but very disappointing restaurant and rooftop bar. They were very expensive and the 1925 Restaurant had a very disappointing limited and expensive menu. The minimum price for a glass of wine was $19. No shade outside.

Just beautiful and historic and amazing. The lobby smelled so good and its’ gorgeous interior furnishings made we want to stay there all day. It was a big snowstorm weekend and we were there for a wedding and it was frigid outside but the hotel was a haven. ( minus the frost on the inside of the historic windows) Well done historic rehab of this historic landmark hotel! you must go

I enjoyed my stay overall. If you like historic hotels with a lot of character, this is a great option. The building has a classic feel, and the rooftop Penthouse Bar has nice views of Tulsa. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and it was much larger than I expected. It’s like a one bedroom condo. The bedroom has a door that closes and no window, which made it really easy to sleep in without any morning sunlight. The bathroom also has a door, so one person can get ready without waking the other. The living room is spacious with a large couch, coffee table, credenza, desk, and plenty of extra space. There is also a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and four barstools. The living room curtains let in a bit of light though. The gym has treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, a rowing machine, some dumbbells and two benches , stability balls, and there is no pool. The cafe carries Zero Sugar Red Bull, which I appreciated, but I wish they also offered Celsius or another energy drink option. You cannot sign into your own Netflix or other streaming services on the hotel TVs. I could hear people singing outside my room, so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine. One thing that disappointed me was the 1925 restaurant in the hotel. I ordered still water and was not offered tap water as an option. They brought bottled water, and one large bottle ended up costing $11. That felt excessive and should have been mentioned before serving it.Hotel parking is $30 a night. Street parking is free on weekends, and downtown was so quiet that finding a spot was easy.I was surprised how quiet downtown Tulsa was on a Saturday. There was not much open within walking distance, so if you are looking for nightlife or a lot of restaurants nearby, keep that in mind.Bed was very comfortable and room space is a plus so it was a good stay.

Accommodations: Room # 912, floor 9, non-ADA large corner, 1 California elevated King bed, low-low toilet, 3 windows. Bathroom lacks accessibility to the average size person. Walk-in shower is quiet small. Amenities: Coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge.Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids (manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property offers accessible elevator access.Parking: The property offers a small, first-come-first-served on-site lot. Dining & Service: No complimentary hot breakfast. On site bar and grill, 1925. The food was horrible taste, quantity for the expensive price. Salad and chicken tenders were pathetic.Final Thoughts: Charming historical downtown property has retro decorum. However, boring color scheme. Waiting for fresh historical interior designer to liven this place up.
