Reviews
tripadvisorWe had a good stay here. The workout room on the second floor was nice to use. The bed was comfortable.
MoreThis is a fine hotel. The rooms are pretty nice. If you are bothered by noise, make sure to request a room away from the front and the elevators. We could hear the elevators running every night. We visited in a very busy weekend, so the hotel was packed. We did get skipped one day for room service which was disappointing but other than that the service was fine. The cafe is a good place to get breakfast but there is a subway and Starbucks within walking distance so you might want to just head there. The shower was very nice but I wasn’t a fan of the offered shampoo. The available clothes washer and dryer on the 2nd floorcame in really helpful! It is within easy walking distance to both Beale St , the sports stadiums and the conference center, so I would recommend if you have business at any of those
MoreI'm from out of town and parked in a garage exclusive for another hotel. I wasn't able to get to my vehicle for 3 hours and I didn't know what to do. I was almost in tears. The rest of the staff tried to help, but Myles took it upon himself to walk to the parking garage and find security to help me. Then he walks back to get me, walked me to my car, explained how parking at the hotel works/ valet options/ etc, and flagged the security guard down to let me into the garage and get my car. It was an uncommonly kind and helpful act, and I'm so grateful to him. Give Myles a raise and hire 6 more just like him!
MoreI had an horrible experience I was not satisfied with the food i got sick every night after I ate here. The chicken was not done and my breakfast was completely cold and disgusting. My family had a family reunion here and the food was not enough for anyone. The food was not seasoned and the cook was very rude. I would not recommend. Also heard the manger talking about my family and was not satisfied if I could give no stars I would! The bartender Teressa was the only good thing about this place i would give her 5 stars !!
MoreLocated on Main St this hotel is not in the most enticing of locations but you are about a 10min walk from Beale St. There is a trolley stop just outside the hotel which runs down Main St to Beale St, but this was taken out of operations in August 2024 due to technical issues...a real shame.Valet parking is friendly and efficient and cars are parked in a secure pound which is shared with the adjacent Moxy hotel (not cheap though at $32 per night). Our corner room was fairly basic with a lot of wear and tear evident. It was quite dated and we had move to another room during our stay due to the lack of hot water. The hotel has a good size gym with limited free weights, and a small jacuzzi. We found the staff very nice and helpful, especially at breakfast which was basic but adequate.
