That's the only way the onions, mushrooms, and green peppers and other veggies would fit on our pizzas. All brought together over our special homemade sauce. Brick's Pizza sauce is made fresh daily from Vine Ripened tomatoes, well off course, all tomatoes grow on vines; fresh herbs and spices, only the finest will do; and of course, the extra care to make it delicious every time. No matter which Pizza you choose, Brick's Pizza is the right choice.
