But come with a group of energetic friends, and you will find the dark, closely-placed wooden tables more appealing. New American cuisine is the hallmark here. Once you manage to rid yourself of the persistent and rather overbearing waitstaff, you will find that the eatery has its own charm; the likes of New Zealand Mussels, Mike and Anne's Burger, and the divine Caramelized Apple make for an ideal meal, especially if you are a first-timer. If you still want to try and squeeze some romance into your dining experience here, try a table on the secluded patio, surrounded by rosemary bushes.
