We are different in that we are one of the Top 100 Martial Arts Schools in the country, teach realistic self defense moves and techniques, and use 50% hand work and 50% foot work to be balanced Martial Artists. We are the ONLY Karate school in the area! We teach mainly traditional Okinawan Shorin-ryu Matsubayashi-ryu Karate-do, which is an old style martial art. We also offer MMA seminars, Boot Camps, Private Lessons, full pro-shop, etc. Ages start at 3yrs, classes are year round and you can start anytime. :O)
