I love this store. They took great care of me when I was having a rare issue with my bike. They went above and beyond to help me. I will be returning here!

We enjoyed our biking along the Towpath and had a great rental experience at Blimp City. This was a super easy way to rent bikes for our family and was fast getting on the path. We have rented bikes many times on trips across the country and we were very pleased with the quality of bikes provided and speedy service. Would highly recommend renting from here.

We rented bikes from Blimp City to ride on the towpath in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was the beginning of the season (maybe before the season) and had snowed a bit overnight, and Andy was incredibly helpful getting us set with everything we needed. He even loaned me a clip for my pants leg so it wouldn't get caught in the bike chain (since it was cold, so I wasn't wearing biking shorts). The shop is mere steps away from the towpath, and only 2 miles south of the park entrance, so it was also the perfect location for bike rentals to explore the national park.

I had several questions about bike rentals, brakes for my bike and just general servicing of my bike. The staff was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will definitely take my bike here for service and repairs and also utilize the bike rental when I want to go on the nearby trails.

I had an excellent experience renting a bike from Blimp City in order to ride on the Towpath Bike Trail, which passes right by the bike shop. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave me useful information and tips about where to ride and what to see. The bike I rented was in excellent condition and super comfortable to ride. It was a 7-speed cruiser which is perfect for the gentle hills on the Towpath Trail, and I felt like the hourly rental rate was very reasonable. If you're in town for a visit, or if you just don't feel like hauling your bike out for a ride, I would highly recommend renting a bike from Blimp City!
