A few friends and I visited for the first time for massages. Incredible service beforehand, including complementary wine in a relaxing atmosphere while filling out registration paperwork. Patrick gave one of the best massages I have ever had. Spa was clean and inviting. I left feeling rejuvenated and would return in a heartbeat!

Worst manicure/pedicure. Paid for 90 mins got a 60 min service. Manicurist was rude and cold. Massage was incredible and would see her again if she worked elsewhere. Front desk was unprofessional and uninviting. It was my birthday and I will never go back. I was looking to join the spa VIP but not now after paying VIP prices for a lazy and rushed manicure/pedicure I had dirt still under my nail and my manicurist whined and complained about working there. I thought the Westin would have a high class spa but I was wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I have been to Truce Spa many times in the past, booking once I arrived in Bellevue. This time I attempted to pre-book via the website and they completely mishandled the communication, didn't book the appointment, didn't follow up and then attempted to shift the blame to me for not replying to their email. I have sent them the thread of emails where I did reply - multiple times - but they focused on it must have been my fault and never even got around to talking about seeing what they COULD do to fit me in during my limited stay. For the cost of their services, I believe they can afford a better communication/reservation booking system - there is no need to try and communicate via Reservation Site, non personalized email. Strong competition with Yuan Spa which is a block away, offers great services for lower prices, and has an excellent online booking reservation system that has never failed. I will take my business there going forward.

This place handled 5 appt at one time for our girls spa day. The service was fantastic, my pedicure is stylish and the resting room beautiful. Thank you Truce - I will definitely be back.

So we arrived after a 9 hour flight, tired and aching from all of the travel, 2 of us opted for a massage, I had a personal facial. The robes were lovely, the atmosphere tranquil and my facial was incredible, I walked out with hydrated and smooth skin, feeing like I was 20 years younger - when normally after a transatlantic flight I feel about 100 years older!! My colleagues loved their massages, so much so that one of them booked another massage before we had to do the return flight, just so that she could get on the plane as if she was walking on air! Definitely our new favourite place for R&R.
