Minnesota's Largest Garage Builder Since 1915. Since its establishment in 1915, Sussel has set the standard for quality, integrity and innovation for residential construction throughout the Twin Cities metro area. For almost a century Sussel has carried on these same founding principles. While we are widely recognized for being Minnesota's most trusted Garage builder (we've built more Garages than all of our competitors combined), we're just as highly regarded for the quality Homes and Room Additions we've designed and built over the years. As a family owned business, we've always prided ourselves with the fact that we are an integral part of the community that we live in as well as serve. With over 50,000 customers to date, you could say we've made our mark on the Twin Cities! Our absolute dedication to exceeding our customer's expectations is at the heart of our longevity. It is these experiences of our customers that have built our exceptional reputation. A reputation earned from quality workmanship, great service, and satisfied customers. For a builder, nothing is more important than having an exceptional reputation. Contractors come and go. But only those with a reputation for excellence stand the test of time. Please go ahead and ask your neighbors. We're confident you'll hear some great things about our company. Thank you very much for taking the time to consider our company.
