This hotel had an excellent location with good amenities. Parking was easy and the swimming pool was in perfect condition with all necessary safety equipment. The varied buffet breakfasts were tasty and timely and staff was friendly. A/C worked well and blackout drapes darkened the room appropriately. Makeup remover towelettes were provided, an appreciated amenity. As a former hotel mystery shopper I look for things others may not think of: the bathroom sink gurgled, and drained slowly, and shower water pressure was lacking; in addition, housekeeping service was not provided daily despite the rising costs of hotel rooms. This is incomprehensible to me because even only one person such as I generate a good deal of trash: I like to come back to a remade bed, emptied trash and wet towels removed. Regarding safety, stairwells were clean, well-lighted and unobstructed.

Beyond exceptional stay. Rooms were extra clean. Bed soft and comfy.Breakfast hot and delicious. An amazing staff;Glenn and Shay were attentive friendly and accommodating to all your hearts desires.Wonderful trip for me.

Definitely would not stay again or recommend inless there is a change in staff and Management. Very un welcoming ft desk cleark as you get a cold feeling when you walk through the ft door to check in. And even after check in. Wife asked wherr the business center was and was told it was already closed! At 5pm in the evening!! I thought business centers were open 24 hours. Incase guests need to use. Plus the carpets smell of mildew . Don't feel we got what we paid for. Also the manger did not want to do anything for us when I wrote him just he was not happy with what I wrote. Not good service at all from a higher end hotel.

Everything went well with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and recently remodeled. There were also more than enough power outlets and USB charging ports. The only slight negative was the rolling shower doors tended to roll opened while in the shower. Overall, we had a good stay, and we would stay again if needed.

We enjoyed a nice clean room, friendly staff, and good breakfast. No bananas at the breakfast area. Very little real half-n-half for coffee (mainly the chemically laden coffee half-n-half substitutes). Value was fairly good, but not the best we've had there in the past.
