Upon arriving we checked in expecting to ho to our king room that we had booked. When we get to the room it’s 2 queen beds. I call and spoke to the manager. He told me they had over sold the rooms and there were no king beds!! So I told him we would be checking out then. He then tells me to do what ever we wanted. Very none concerned!! As we were walking out of hotel we were told they “found” a king room!! So we moved our luggage to room. Upon opening the door the smell in the room was terrible. It smelled musty and mildew!! The coffee maker was covered in dust and the tile floor in bathroom was filthy!! Also, all of the common areas downstairs and in breakfast area were dirty!! I cannot believe this is a Hilton property!! I’m so disappointed that I had yo use my points to stay in a dump!!!

Got to the Hampton Inn today. Had a bit of an issue with our room. Sharon at the front desk was amazing and got us an upgrade. Very, very happy and very thankful. She is amazing prompts to her and taking care of us. Very much appreciated. God bless you.

The room and hotel are dated. They have friendly staff. Even though I am a Diamond memeber for Hilton I was given a basic room which was no problem had the room been nice and up to Hilton standards. Broken shower handle that we had to try ans figure out with each shower. Community microwave. Ice maker worker, but obviously old. Not likely I would stay here again unless they have better rooms. For the price, there is better to be had.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed and reasonable parking fee for the location. The parking garage is right next to the hotel. We could see Beale Street from our room. Would definitely stay here again. This location (less than a block from Beale) was ideal, and we felt much better about walking to / from a place o close.

We really liked this hotel. It is conveniently located. It is updated and clean. Breakfast typical but good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is next door and manned by security 24/7. The only negative I have is when we got to our room they left us earplugs which we did not understand until the music started on Beale Street. We needed those to sleep. I feel like the front desk should have warned us. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
