The whole staff has been great but one lady named Michelle was absolutely amazing, and I would love for her to be recognized as an amazing ambassador to your hotel

Was charged for parking 6 weeks after my stay after being told my account for this stay was closed. When calling to confirm, assistant manager was accusatory and not apologetic for what they are calling an “audit”. I had to ask three times for a receipt for the charge and didn’t get one for over a week and even then, it was because I called Hilton Guest Services and THEY had to demand the receipt. I all for paying for what I used but 6 weeks after the fact is excessive but even that would have been dismissed with a simple admission of error and an apology. I would watch your credit cards carefully here.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The only problem I have was that not only did I pay to be a guest at this hotel I also paid $35 a day for self parking. I was there for twodays so that $70 and if the lot is full, you have to drive around the corner, roughly a block away and park in a parking garage and walk to the hotel so on my second day in the morning, I was walking outside and saw a spot open in the diamond members which I am so I went and my car so I was pulling in another car backed into that spot, which is fine until I see the girl that got out working at the front desk. Her name is Monique so I assume that management is fine with employees taking up guest parking and letting them walk a block from the parkinggarage. This is her car in the picture. She was also there day two when I checked out so obviously she parks there every day or somewhere in that lot.
