We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately had a frustrating experience from the moment we arrived.The hotel has two lifts. One was completely out of service for the entire length of our stay. The second one broke down the day we arrived and wasn't fixed until the following day. Nobody mentioned this at check-in — we found out the hard way. After checking in, we waited for an elevator with our luggage that simply never came. We had to go back down to the front desk to ask what was going on, and only then were we told the elevators were out of service. We ended up having to carry our luggage up four flors trough stairs. This should have been communicated to us proactively at check-in, not left for us to discover on our own.Once in the room, we found more problems: the door didn't close properly — it took considerable force to shut it every time. One of the doors on the TV cabinet was hanging off its hinge and wouldn't close either.To make things worse, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay.Between the elevator situation, the room maintenance issues, and the lack of housekeeping, this stay fell well short of basic hotel standards. I'd expect at minimum to be informed of major issues like broken elevators at check-in, and to have my room serviced during our stay.

Do not stay here. I returned to my room at 10:00 PM only to discover the air conditioning was completely broken. The room was unbearably hot and it was impossible to sleep. When I asked the staff for a different room, they refused to accommodate me. The AC was never fixed during my stay, leaving me trapped in dangerous heat all night.The management is completely unprofessional. I tried calling the manager for four straight days to resolve this, but they intentionally ignored every single one of my calls. It literally took a call from their own corporate office just to force the manager to contact me. When they finally called, they denied my refund. This hotel takes your money, provides an uninhabitable room, refuses to fix it, and then ducks your calls. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed at this hotel in downtown Denver while visiting the Colorado State Capitol, and it was a great choice for my trip. The hotel is within walking distance of the Capitol, though it's also just a short drive away. I found the walk to be safe and convenient.My flight into Denver was significantly delayed, so I didn't arrive until very late at night (early the next morning). The hotel was able to accommodate my late check-in without any issues, which I really appreciated.The breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for me to work remotely during my stay. There was also plenty of paid public parking available near the hotel, which was convenient.Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Colorado State Capitol or staying in downtown Denver. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very disappointed with the lack of safety during breakfast throughout our stay. Each day, individuals who were not guests were entering the breakfast area, taking food, and sitting in the dining room. Unfortunately, the staff did not take any action to address the situation or contact security.As guests, this made us feel unsafe. In addition, there were concerning hygiene issues, as some individuals were sneezing near the food and touching multiple items.We believe this situation should have been handled more appropriately to ensure both the safety and well-being of guests.
