Lauren is passionate about getting people on the water and sharing her knowledge of the flora and fauna in Florida. It showed during our time on the water. If you want to learn SUP and about what makes this special place worth protecting then spend time with Lauren on the water.

We are local first timers and Lauren had us up and running in minutes. She is not only an excellent teacher, but a terrific guide as well. We can't wait to get back out on the water with her.

I was so looking forward to paddleboarding. I was a bit nervous, but Lauren was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and encouraging, and took time with me. I was amazed at her knowledge of wildlife, and surroundings of nature. It is obvious she loves what she does, and her love of sharing and teaching. The location at Bunche Beach was perfect. We happened to be the only ones there at that time, so there was no other paddleboarders or kayakers to distract us (me!). Thanks, Lauren

My husband and I took our 4 children, two teenagers and two 10-year-olds, on our first paddle board experience. We loved it and will definitely go paddle boarding again! Lauren was our guide. She was very patient with all of our different skill sets. She also educated us on many interesting facts about the terrain and wildlife. She was particularly good with children and made it a fun time for us all!
