Had trouble with the girl at the desk. Manager Amy was nice to talk to me. She would be smart to move this girl out of this position. Alex was the perfect check in deck person. He knows his job and represents Hilton Hotels very profesionally. It would have been a perfect check in if I just had to deal with Alex. Room was perfectly clean and quiet. Breakfast did not disappoint. We love Hilton Hotels and will keep on going to them.

The facilities are a little dated, but the atmosphere is perfect for the location. Our room was spotless and very large. We were there for four nights and were impressed throughout the trip at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was consistenly a step above the normal motel breakfast.We definitely would recommend it .

Grab a cup of coffee and settle in...I arrived at the hotel (have stayed here before) late and was given a room on the highway side. I had asked for courtyard. I got up the next morning and asked to be moved. We joked that, like a Seinfeld episode, they could take the reservation but not keep the reservation (request for courtyard). Amy and Michaela (sp) couldn't have been nicer or funnier in the moment. I was given a new room and a packet of M and M's as an apology. Apology accepted. I stayed again later in the week and was given my (I know own it) courtyard room but the key didn't work. Another Seinfeld episode unlocked. You can give me the room but not the key! Again, humor and graciousness and a working key. I stayed a finale few nights the following week and all was good. The hotel is very cozy, the food good and the staff very professional and fun and inviting.

The TV in this room cannot be rotated enough to be viewed from either the bed or the couch ends of the room. The base appears to be glued down, making it effectively unusable.

Nice hotel and they gave me a diamond upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which was great. Pretty close to the airport and not that far from downtown. Pool was nice and warm. Overall good choice.
