tripadvisorWe booked this place though Booking.com and received our confirmation. I few days prior to our trip we received a reminder. When we arrived to the property we had no way to get in. I called, texted and emailed the property several times, with no response. We ran into another group of people staying there and they told us the property should have sent us an email with a parking pass and directions on getting in. We were not sent that email. We tried calling some more and finally got a text back with directions...for someone else. The name and information on the text was for others staying there with directions on how to get into THEIR unit. We finally got in touch with someone from Booking.com who looked into it and told us there was a message that the unit had maintenances issues. We never received that message and our card was charged for the full amount of the stay. We then got a message from the management company telling us they could book us into a different unit but we would have to check out a day early. This obviously wouldn't work for us. We had to make a last minute hotel booking and pay for 2 rooms and parking because we had 3 adults. This cost us 3x the amount we originally AND we still haven't received a refund from the management company. Avoid the headache and stay away from this place!!
MoreOwner cancelled the reservation last minute because my “card was invalid” it was not. I entered three different cards and offered to call and give my card by phone if that would help but was not responded to. The owner obviously wanted to cancel and raise prices due to convention and music festival in town and became aggressive when I called him out.
MoreIt was convenient being downtown, parking is included, which is rather expensive if you have to pay 24/7. Kitchen helps immensely, restaurants are expensive, as are groceries if you don't go to a leading chain. But location is great, many historical day trips are easily accomplished. And the pricing is good compared to other hotels!
