The hotel is near many places and close to the parks. The entry into the room is outside not inside. The room had been painted and new flooring put in. However it had an odd smell and was very damp with no ventilation. The air conditioner was the older type found under windows in your old hotels. Our clothes felt damp probably because of the poor ventilation. Many outlets did not work. The cost of the room was good and you did not having a parking fee. Free breakfast is provided but I did not take advantage of it due to sleeping too late. I do know you are not allowed to leave the breakfast room with food or drinks you must stay in the eating area. Overall, if the ventilation was fixed, we would stay again. We had to go buy air freshener to try and mask the smell of the room

I have stayed at this particular Quality Inn and Suites several times this year as I visited Disney World. Its location brought me here the first time 2 years ago, but the staff, cleanliness, and value have brought me back repeatedly.

Good price.People were friendly and check in went smooth Good location to drive to the parks. Free parking is included..as unbelievable as it sounds...Other area hotels charge guests to park. Free breakfast is OK... But after a few days of powdered eggs and mystery meat sausage..We decided to go out for a real breakfast. The room was clean and Bed was made and towels replaced every day.Unfortunately the room had a musty smell. The desk person just said something about Florida and Hurricanes and offered a deodorizing spray. The desk chair in the room looked like it belonged in a dumpster.(photo).After all the good and bad.. I would stay here again.

Nice breakfast and good location, but poor maintenance and cleaning. Also, I did checkout on 9/14 and didn’t received my deposit reimbursement until today (9/22).

The rooms were very clean except for the random love bugs that squeezed their way in under the door and died on the floor, and the shuttle wasn’t extremely useful unfortunately. But the free breakfast is a great touch and the location to the parks is great. There are a bunch of affordable gift shops and good food options! Would stay again.
