The bathroom in our room was well-equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The clean and spacious layout, along with the provided toiletries, made for a comfortable and convenient experience during our stay. I would recommend it to anyone. We loved it!

My name is Andrea Herrera. I'm originally from Madison, Wisconsin and came to stay at Rodeway Inn, on 4845 Hayes Road, to visit my parents. We had a delay in travels and I called ahead of time to inform them we would be a day late and if they could take a day off our total charges and he said yes, no problem. Upon arrival, he told charged me for the price for 8 days, not 7 like he had told me. So, I asked and he said the manager would take care of it the following day and that I could trust him. The next day, his manager said no way. I called the major company, Choice Hotels, which they belong to and they said it was uo to the manager on site if he wanted to be understanding. I went back to the manager and he gave me run around stories the whole time, and finally refused even after via phone and the first person, I was promised they would remove a day off of the total charges. I feel lies to, and from them, I see a lack of understanding and cooperation of to work with travellers. I would like my $77 and taxes returned to me. And an apology. Andrea Herrera
