Heads up for softball parents considering D-BAT Frisco.Great facility, but very poor communication and follow-through. We signed up for hitting and catching clinics that were later revealed to be baseball-only (not stated anywhere). The coach couldn’t even access softballs, used the wrong name repeatedly, and my daughter left upset.Staff admitted the mistake and canceled the clinics — but we never received a refund or credit ($390), and no one followed up.Just be aware before enrolling.
