Wow. This place is all around amazing. All employees were great. Special thanks to Dena and Eric. I frequently travel with the family which included 3 kids from 18mo to 15 years old plus a large dog. These guys pick up their local phone after one ring every time. That in itself is remarkable these days. The place was clean and the customer service was exceptional. To further better the experience, we had unfortunately forgot some very expensive items in the room upon our departure. We did not notice until we were 9 hours away the same morning. I called them right away, and once again they picked up first ring. They were able to recover my items and had them sent out that afternoon. I successfully received them without issue. I’ve never had any hotel take care of me so well and this was only for a one night stay.

Let me start out by saying, We were not suppose to stay at this hotel, but we got so lucky we did!! Lena is an amazing part of this hotel stay for us. She was friendly and helpful and just made the situation before hand, seem like it never happened! She checked us in with such ease, and made us feel like we were family! The room we had was great, minimal noise, great water pressure, the beds were comfy, the room and bathroom were very clean! It was only 6 minutes from the location we were going to be visiting over the weekend. Everything in our room worked, and we were able to just relax and watch TV during the time we used the room. The washer and dryers are free to use, as is the gym! They had a nice little cupboard corner, that had water, snacks, laundry detergent, ect for sale. We definitely plan to stay there again, on our next trip to Lexington!

Was working in the area over a course of 3 weeks and had the pleasure of staying here. Although this is not a fancy hotel, it is marked by its truly outstanding staff. Very kind and always helpful. General manager Dipak Patel does an excellent job taking care of each of his guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Love the kitchenettes with stove, full size refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, etc...Incredible water pressure in the showers. Cleaning staff were available if I needed anything. Immaculate gym with weights, bands, balls, mats, and even 3 or 4 machines. Washer and dryer on premises (free, I believe). And I was amazed at how quiet this hotel actually is. I brought my white noise machine and never needed to use it. Again, what sets this hotel apart is the attentiveness and generosity of the front desk staff. Grateful for each of them.

This was an extremely quiet hotel. We had a wonderful stay. I had some questions about a few things we wanted to do in the area and the front desk clerk, Lil, was so very friendly and helpful. She pointed out things we would not have know to do. Would stay here if I’m the area again.

We got a hotel that allows dogs. Each room has a full kitchenette! They are treating our dogs amazing! Lena at the desk has gone above and beyond for us. There's no pool and no breakfast... but a room you can buy food to cook in your room. We've never stayed at one of these but highly recommend if you have a pet... they have a good area set up to take your dog potty.
