Great visit this busy weekend for a special event. Was greet at the front desk by employee Amethyst. She was very kind, courteous and professional. I had called a few days ahead to ask for a special request but they put us near the wrong elevator. I had requested we be on top floor near the casino so it was easier for my 90 year old handicap mother to get around. Amethyst changed our room immediately. She also offered us a cart to transport our belongings and told us to call the front desk if we needed anything. She was there again the next morning with a smile on her face and kindness in her voice. What a great employee she is! Our room was great (448), nice and clean as well as the entire property. Can't wait to come back for another visit soon.

I booked the Hotel Thursday night through a work app (Navan) for my son's soccer tourmament this weekend. The reservation was for 1 adult and two kids. I selected the option to pay an additional fee for a complimentary breakfast.We arrived for breakfast this morning to be informed that only 2 complimentary breakfasts per room was allowed and I would have to pay for the 3rd one. What an absolute disgrace. Notwithstanding this crazy scenario, the bloke at the counter didn't even have the smarts to charge one of the kids meals as the extra meal. I approach reception and was informed that is the way it is. When I asked how do I lodge a complaint, I was provided with a how was your stay card. Mind numbing lack of customer service training.

Skylar, Angie, and Steph were absolutely amazing at the Front Desk. They were super courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond and allowed me to store my bike in a safe place at the hotel. Highly recommend!!

Alexia and Stehani are absolutely amazing. We have my daughter's graduation party in May with family and friends coming from out of town. They made sure all their rooms are reserved and were absolutely wonderful making sure everything is ready for them. We couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel. THANK YOU!
