The service here is top notch. Customer services was excellent, as was the massage I received. Will definitely return!

They ruined a spa day for my daughter and me due to their alleged computer glitch. They were unapologetic and left us high and dry. A truly awful place with lousy customer service.

Visited the Short Pump location and received a massage and facial and it was beyond amazing! The products, the scents, everything just felt so luxurious and high quality. My skin has never felt better. I visit Richmond several times a year and this will be my new go to place anytime I’m in the area!

I went to treat myself for my birthday. I came here due to great reviews but I may not return. The main reason is that customer service was sub-par. Upon entering the ambience was nice. However, I did not get called by name. No one noticed it was my birthday… I also drove from Stafford (not acknowledged or thanked for visiting). I got guided to my 1st service (bath) late and I got there 15 minutes early. I had to sign 3 forms that were pretty much the same thing over 3x (even though I already created my online account). I did not get someone to ask me the water was. I started my bath 3:05… the water was scalding hot. The scents were pretty but it’s something I could have done at home. I wouldn’t recommend the bath soak. My next service, Sauna was ok except the sauna shut down. Thankfully they removed the service from the price.The saving grace to this visit and the reason I rated this a 3 star is because my reflexologist, Angela, was amazing. She left me feeling great with the 30 minute foot massage. Don’t drive out from Nova to visit. I’m treated better at home.

Though unassuming from the outside, this place transforms you to a relaxed state as soon as you enter the doors. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and checked in. My massage therapist was Susy and she was exceptional!! Very attentive and professional and responsive to my feedback. This massage was worth the higher cost ($90) because I go about twice a year and I’m looking for a high quality and relaxing experience! Their use of essential oils, beautifully appointed rooms, and subdued and decorative lighting make for a very transformative and therapeutic process!
