Where do i start …. This hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. The property is outdated the room have an unpleasant smell and the lobby was extremely hot. It was so hot the day we came in my mother in law almost passed out i would like to thank the staff especially Lamonte and Lucas for stepping in to help her by bringing a fan and water they were professional caring and did everything they could to make the situation better unfortunately the hotel condition overshadowed the excellent service once we got into our room we had to wait 15-20 minutes for hot water everytime we wanted to shower the overall experience was very disappointing the staff was great whenever we had a issue but the hotel itself is poorly maintained me and my family will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

very cool location with a great atmosphere. It must be under new management as I have seen positive changes. Kuddos to the GM! The room was clean modern. I look forward to returning!

If I were the higher ups I would promote Tannon immediately. He is incredible. He is the most accommodating front desk manager I have ever met and I lived at a Marriott for 4 months last year because my home got destroyed. Please give him a raise because this is one person who truly deserves.

Not a bad choice, maybe average - but some noticeable quirks.Fitness center water machine broke (but front desk girl allowed me to grab a free one from cooler). Status message on Bonvoy app at online checking says I get 2pm checkout - staff says that’ll cost $50. A little deceiving. Marriott needs to improve the breakfast offering like most other hotels (include complimentary breakfast). Little cafe nook run by employees - $10 for breakfast burrito (mostly tortilla) - is just microwaved food, overpriced.Areas of room are worn and dirty, but mostly functionable. Priced at $175 after tax & fees.

Disgusting. Not clean. Great location. That’s about it.
